Questions

Who counts as an active member?: Someone who trains with a current membership or a class in the last 30 days. Parents who only pay, archived and sample members, people who've only done a course, and you, don't count.
What happens if we grow past our plan?: You're told when you're close. At the limit you get 14 days to upgrade, then new members wait until you do. Nothing is deleted, and everyone already here keeps training and booking.
How do members pay us?: Straight to you: PayID, bank transfer, your own Stripe, Square or PayPal link, or cash. Members tap "I've paid" and you confirm in one tap. We never take a cut.
Can we change plans?: Any time. Move up when you grow; move down when your numbers fit. Yearly saves two months.
